Pre orders

 

Pre-orders are made available on selected products. When pre-ordering an item we will display the expected date of delivery (the date we expect to ship the item) on the Product Page. This date is not a guaranteed shipping date and is subject to change without notice. We will endeavour to inform you of any delays to this date by email

Once product is received by Restance we will process the stock (normally within 24 hours) and dispatch to you based upon the shipping option you selected at checkout.

Full payment is required for all pre-orders on the day of ordering

Restance or the buyer may cancel a Pre-order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that the Product has been dispatched. If cancellation occurs before the item is dispatched, you will be entitled to a full refund of your Pre-order payment

Once the item has been dispatched our standard return policy applies.
