PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

Our pre-orders allow you to secure your favourite pieces before they’re made specifically for your order.

How it works
Once the pre-order closes, we place the full order with our supplier based on the orders received. Your item is then made and shipped to us before being sent out to you.

Processing time
Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for your order to be produced after the pre-order closes, plus shipping time to you.

Because these pieces are made to order, please make sure you select the correct size and colour before checking out.

Please note
Pre-order items may ship separately from in-stock items. If your order contains both, your full order will generally be shipped once all items are ready.
