All orders are shipped with NZ Post.
International & Domestic shipping
$15 Shipping Fee
Restance only has 1 shipping fee currently

Once your order is placed restance will ship your order within 1-3 business days
Restance Shipping (Pre Orders)
At Restance, we’re a small and growing brand working hard to expand. Right now, our Tees/Hoodies are available by pre-order only and at times we run pre orders for all items. This means shipping will take a bit longer than usual.
When you place an order, it is first shipped from our supplier to us at Restance, and then we send it out directly to you. Your order goes through these two steps before arriving at your door, which takes more time than brands that hold stock ready to go in a warehouse.
We’re doing it this way as we build up our stock and prepare to hold everything ourselves in the future, so we can ship orders faster and more efficiently.
We truly appreciate your patience and support — every pre-order helps us get closer to our goal of faster, direct shipping from our own warehouse.
Important pre order information
By purchasing a preorder item, you understand this item is not ready to ship immediately. Estimated shipping dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to supplier, manufacturing, or shipping delays outside of our control.
If delays occur, customers will be updated via email/social media. Orders containing preorder items may be held and shipped together unless otherwise stated.
Returns
If an item is faulty, we will issue store credit so you can repurchase another item.
For change of mind returns, we offer store credit only, provided the item meets our return requirements. Due to limited stock, we do not offer exchanges. Please ship approved returns back to us at your own cost.
When trying on your garments to find your desired fit, please ensure they remain in original condition. All returns must pass our quality control check, the same standard each garment goes through before being approved for store credit.
We are unable to accept returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or do not meet our hygiene standards, as these items cannot be resold.
Any garments that do not meet our return requirements will not be accepted. If the customer would like the item returned, it can be shipped back at their cost.
I want to cancel or change my order how do I do this?
As a small and growing brand, we are unable to cancel, change, or edit any orders once placed. If you wish to exchange or return a product before dispatch, please email our customer service team. Exchanges or replacements can only be made if we have stock on hand; if not, we can issue store credit or a full refund. Our team will provide you with the details on how to proceed with your exchange or return.
How do I return?
Simply email restance.thebrand@gmail.com to see if you are eligible for a return. When accepted you will receive an email with the returns address.
Full Priced Items:
If your items are returned within 14 days in original condition without being marked, worn, washed, damaged and tags still attached, you are eligible for a Store Credit. Your store credit will be in the form of a code that will be emailed to you within 2 days of us receiving your returned item.
Final Sale Items and Discounted Items:
All sale Items purchased as part of a sale which includes Boxing Day, Black Friday and any other sales are strictly not eligible for Return or Exchange.
Promotions & Discounts
At checkout any offers, promotions or discounts if the product is included in a big sale (Boxing Day, EOFY, Black Friday etc) will be automatically marked down at checkout where a discount code is automatically applied. During a promotional period where an advertisement is made for a particular time period of a product where a code must be entered at the checkout to receive the discounted sale price. Discount Codes must be entered at checkout and once purchase has been made the code is unavailable to be redeemed after this point. This includes welcome codes, store credits/gift cards, promotional codes. Restance has the right to start, end or change a promotion at any time without notice. .
Return Shipping Costs
Returns postage is at customer's expense. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Each piece goes through a strict quality control check before being shipped out to our customers.
In the very unlikely event, an item is deemed faulty, we will refund you using only your original purchase method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your bank account once it has been processed. You will receive a confirmation email from us once we have processed the refund.
